Fructose 10 (NFCS10)

Fructose syrup is obtained by converting a part of glucose into fructose by passing through isomerization columns using a glucoisomerase enzyme . It is a clear liquid with a sweet taste without any unpleasant taste This sweetener contains about 10% fructose, which has the lowest amount of sweetness and the highest consistency among all fructose syrups
